Keto Flaxseed Bread
This bread is delicious and will definitely satisfy your bread craving. It smells good and tastes like bread.
Sesame seeds are optional. If you’d like to add some, add it after you pour the batter into the loaf pan right before you bake it.
Note that Flaxseed will make help you go to the bathroom so don’t eat the whole loaf in one day. I missed bread so much and I almost ate the entire loaf lol.
Keto Flaxseed Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 5 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBSP Dry Yeast
- 3 TBSP Truvia Sweetener or any of your favorite sweetener
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 whole eggs
- 5 egg whites
Instructions
- Heat the oven 350 degrees.
- Put everything in the blender.
- Pour the batter in the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees.
