Latest Updates | Publix New Operating Hours

Sharing is caring!

Starting Saturday, May 16, Publix stores will open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the pharmacy will return to regular operating hours. Thank you for your patience over the past several weeks while we’ve operated under reduced hours.

With our newly expanded hours, we will suspend reserved shopping hours. We do understand some customers prefer to shop when the stores are less crowded. We encourage you to shop during the first hour of the day when we can better accommodate that need.

You may find the details here

Refunds at Publix

Publix is committed to remaining open and serving our communities during this challenging time.
We encourage our customers to purchase only what they need—and not to stockpile.

“At this time, we are suspending refunds on products purchased during this declared emergency.
We will, of course, continue to honor our Publix Guarantee for any products that do not meet our quality standards.”

I agree with them or any other Food Store that refuses to accept returns on any products purchased during this period of time. People are stockpiling, and those that need items are unable to purchase because there is nothing left. It’s a shame that people are so selfish to think only of themselves. Everyone can go to the store every few days or so, instead of buying out everything. Just read where one couple bought out the whole meat market. You couldn’t possibly eat all that meat. The store shouldn’t have allowed it.

People, please buy what you need for 2 or 3, and go back and buy more again.
